Global Crisis

People respond to and manage stress on a daily basis.  However, periods of prolonged stress such as a global crisis can affect people in unexpected ways.  Two common emotional responses to a global crisis are fear and grief which may be compounded by  isolation.  Maintaining a work/life balance may also be challenging during a global crisis.  This sheet will provide general information and resources for providing support to those experiencing fear, grief, isolation and an imbalance of work/life.
